Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook Macaroni Noodles

Cook macaroni noodles for a specified time - cook them just slightly before al dente (a medium soft). Let cool completely.

  2. Combine Ingredients

Combine tuna, 3/4 of the mayo, onions, and seasonings (and optional sweet relish) into the cooled macaroni. Mix thoroughly. Set aside the remaining mayo to add in right before serving.

  3. Fold In The Peas

Add the peas last and gently fold them in (you may remember the Schitts Creek "fold in the cheese" joke).

  4. Refrigerate & Serve

Refrigerate until it is all cold, about 2 hours. The noodles will absorb some of the mayo and may dry out a bit. You can add in the remaining mayo right before serving.
