Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups water
- 6 TSP raw honey
- 2 TB cinnamon
Directions

Mix oats and water together, Microwave oats and water for 1 min

Spoon in remaining ingredients & mix well

Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick spray or butter

Cook 10 min in Ninja Grill – Air Crisp(or in oven at 350 for 15 minutes
