One of the first meals I ever learned to cook was Italian Sausage and Peppers With Onions. It was quick and easy and JAM PACKED full of flavor.
Back years ago I would plate this over a big pile of white rice, which is just YUM.
But nowadays, I venture towards less carb-filled bases like cauliflower rice and I also tend to not eat meat (bordering on vegetarian), but the peppers in this with the sauce is great on it’s own.
Either way, you WILL NOT be disappointed in this if you love Italian sausage and big flavor.
~~ And as always friends, take care, be kind to yourself and others, and always keep learning to be better and do better.
